Refund policy

At NIRAVO, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a [7-day] return policy, which means you have [7 days] after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, and unwashed).

  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and manuals intact.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@niravo.in with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or provide instructions on how to send your package back to us.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within [48 hours] so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Proof: Please attach clear photos or a video of the damaged product.

  • Resolution: For genuine defects/damage, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (such as pet food, treats, or supplements).

  • Sanitary goods (such as diapers, litter, or opened hygiene products).

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items or items purchased during a "Clearance Sale."

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Note regarding size issues: If you need to exchange an item (like a collar or harness) for a different size, please contact us. We will guide you through the process.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Product: We will cover the shipping cost.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If we arrange a reverse pickup for you, a fee of ₹[50 - 100] will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Timing: Please remember it can take [5 to 7] business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount.
