Shipping policy

At Niravo, we know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1 to 2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders within India:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to bad weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within [24 hours].

  • You can track your parcel on our website or directly on the courier partner’s portal.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for orders below ₹[5,000].

  • We may call or message you to confirm your COD order before dispatch.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to pay cash to the courier.

5. International Shipping

  • Option A (If you don't ship internationally): We currently do not ship outside of India.

  • Option B (If you do): We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination (typically [10-15] business days). Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [STORE NAME] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

6. Damages & Issues

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us within [48 hours] at support@niravo.in with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within [3 days].

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Niravo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee.
