Good and compact tool
Good Collection of everyday tool requirements for domestic use
I recently got my hands on this multitool set. This set includes everything he needs, from a sturdy knife to a handy bottle opener, all packed into a sleek, portable design.
What impressed me most was the quality and durability of the tools. Each piece feels solid and well-crafted, which is essential when you're out in the wild. The multitool fits perfectly in his pocket, making it convenient to carry around. We tested it during our last camping trip, and it was incredibly versatile, tackling everything from setting up the tent to preparing food.
Another great feature is how compact and lightweight it is. Despite its numerous functions, it doesn’t add any significant weight to his gear. This is a huge plus, especially when you’re trying to pack light. The tools performed flawlessly, proving to be reliable in various situations. It’s clear that this set was designed with practicality in mind.
It's a great multi tool and a great gift idea. The box, instructions, and the tool are well finished and presentable.
The tool is well made with mostly metal parts, and the exterior is covered with plastic for the grip. My only knock here, there is 1 spacer part on the inside that is plastic, that on a higher quality tool may be in metal. But it seems well made enough and I see why they did that.
The knives are decently sharp. The hammer is solid and does not dent easily.
The lock for the hammer / pliers is easy to use, although it does seem to move rather easily. A bit too easily for my liking.
The spring that forces the pliers in the open position, is the thing I think is most likely to wear out first as it's on the exterior and stored in the compressed position. Not a big deal. Pliers without a spring are still pliers.
The locking mechanism to lock the tools open is great. Standard on more expensive multitools and often ignored on cheaper models. This is great. Means you can really use the knifes properly without risking they close on your fingers.
